Terms and Conditions for using recurring payments – ie paying over 12 instalments

When you sign up for our membership you are signing up for a fixed membership fee. This fixed fee covers membership for a minimum term of 12 months. If you choose to pay by using the monthly recurring payments option, then you will be liable and contracted for 12 payments. This is your payment term. These payments will be taken every month (30 or 31 days apart). This term is fixed and is irrespective of what profiles you are sent and your feelings about what you are sent.

After this first payment term (12 months) you have the right to cancel your membership and no further payments will be taken. You must give us 30 days notice before your final (12th) payment is due. If you do not give us this notice, your payments will continue on a month by month rolling basis. You can then (after your 12th month) cancel the contract at anytime by giving us 30 days notice.

If you wish to cancel the contract between us, you must do so in writing. If your cancellation is within 14 days of your first payment and you have not given us your express request to start the service, you will receive a full refund of any payments you have made. If you have given us your express request to start the service, you will be liable for all the costs of work done on your behalf. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the date of your first payment and thereafter the full membership fee is due as per the contract between us.
