If you do not tick this box please be aware that your membership will not commence until the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed. We will not begin work for you and you won't hear anything from us over this period. Your membership will then start once the 14 day period has elapsed and the contract terms will stand.

• Your profile circulated to members every month whilst you are a member
• Profiles of members with mutual age specification provided to you monthly
• A choice to receive other members profiles by our members only app or by post
• 4 methods for you to contact other members
• Personal support by telephone
• 1:1 coaching session 
• Our Welcome pack sent to you by email
• Access to our bi-weekly coaching videos and bi-weekly top tip emails
• Our members only Cloudnine magazine
• Priority access to any holidays or events we're running
• Regular motivational emails
• Access to view other members video profiles
• Access to our app - even after your membership has ended so you can always contact people who'se profiles we've sent you
• The option to purchase any of our other services and resources.

The price for our services are as follows

 

£65 a month with a 30 days cancellation period. 

 

You must give us 30 days notice before you next payment is due to end your membership. Membership will continue and your payment will be taken until you have given us notice to cancel your memberhship, or your given notice period has elapsed.

 

 

 

All our membership packages are ‘all inclusive’ packages as detailed above. However additional charges may be incurred if you opt to include additional services in your package that are not originally inclusive. For example, if you wanted to have 4 photographs on your profile rather than the included 2 photographs additional charges would apply. These additional charges can be found on our website. We make an additional charge of £2.99 for people who want to receive their profiles (matches) by post and £2.97 for anyone who opts to receive our Cloundnine magazine by post. We also charge an additional charge of £75 to any member who has not submitted their profile information to us within one month of starting this contract.

 

 

 

You have the right to cancel your contract for membership within 14 days of your first payment without giving any reason. However if you HAVE made an express request to start your membership and we have started work on your behalf, then your right to cancel your membership under the Consumer Contracts Regulations still stands but you will be liable to pay for the cost the work we have done. You should be aware that a significant proportion of your membership fees is incurred at the start of your contract.

 

If you feel you may want to change your mind within the 14 day cooling off  period you should specifically request that we do not do any work on your behalf in the first 14 days. This will include receiving and adding your personal profile information to our ‘matching’ system, arranging for you to be seen by a professional photographer, our membership team telephoning you to welcome you to friends1st, sending out your welcome pack and membership information and anything else we normally do at the start of all friendsfirst memberships. If you have not specifically requested that we do not do any of this, and any or all or this has been started or complete, you will be liable to cover our expenses. 

 

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date of your first payment.

To exercise the right to cancel within 14 days of this contract starting, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below. You may also cancel by speaking to us in person by telephone although we recommend you put your cancellation in writing so you have a copy of it.   To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14 day cancellation period has expired.
